Who is Andrea Anastasi?
Andrea Anastasi is a Italian former volleyball player and coach. He is a gold medalist of World Championship 1990, European Championship 1989, World League 1990 and World League 1991. As a coach, he won eight medals - bronze at Olympics 2000, gold medals of European Championship 1999, 2003, silver from 2001 and medals of World League with Italy, gold medal of European Championship 2007 with Spain and four medals with Poland. On June 5, 2014 was announced, that Anastasi will be a new coach of Polish club - Lotos Trefl Gdańsk in season 2014/2015.
