Andreas Schröteler

Who is Andreas Schröteler?

Andreas joined Spreadshirt as a boardmember in Autumn 2007. Since then,

he has been responsible for finances, controlling and legal issues. In

view of Spreadshirt facing transformation into a worldwide operating

medium-size company, the management had been looking for the

appropriate person to see through this process as CFO.

Andreas studied economics at Technische Universität Berlin. At his

commencement of duties for Spreadshirt he has 14 years of excellent

experience in the financial sector to his name. As an accountant and

tax consultant for the big auditing company BDO he worked for numerous

international firms. As a senior manager, Andreas took care of German

clients in North America.

From 2005 to 2007 he was CFO of stock listed World of Medicine and in

that scope responsible for the reconstruction of that Berlin-based

medical device manufacturer. During his whole carreer, Andreas has been

active in the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).
