Who is Andrew Petter?
Andrew J. Petter, QC is President of Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC, Canada. He has been the dean of the University of Victoria's law school, and served briefly as Attorney General of British Columbia under the New Democratic Party government of Ujjal Dosanjh.
