Who is Andrew Suniula?

Andrew Suniula is a rugby union player and former rugby league player who plays centre for the United States national team and for London Wasps. He previously played union for the Cornish Pirates and at an amateur level for Chicago Griffins. As a rugby league player Suniula played for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles in the NRL. Suniula played wing/centre/second row in rugby league.

He previously played rugby union for Taranaki in 2005-06 before playing rugby league for the Auckland Lions in the Bartercard Cup. There he was spotted by Noel Cleal and signed by Manly. He scored a try in the 2007 Bartercard Cup Grand Final.

He has represented the United States in rugby union since 2008, and played in the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
