Who is Andy Wear?
Andy Wear is an English actor born in Lancaster, Lancashire, England.
Wear starred in three series of the Children’s ITV video game programme Bad Influence! as the character Nam Rood, who presented the segment on cheat modes for games.
Wear appeared as Fire Officer Wayne in Coronation Street Live in 2010 where he was seen discovering Rita in the Kabin during the week of the tram disaster. Wear appeared as the regular porter and theatre technician Alun Morris in the ITV1 drama series The Royal, which ran for eight series from 2003 to 2011.
He has appeared in two episodes of Heartbeat. He played Alun in "Out of the Blue" in 2003 and Harry Healey in "Fall Out" in 1998. He played Billy Hooper in an episode of The Grand. From 2011 to 2014 he played Jude Watson in the ITV soap Emmerdale.
Theatre credits include performances at the National Theatre, the Globe Theatre and tours to New York, Austria, Germany, Poland and Brazil.
