Who was Ann Mui?

Ann Mui was a singer and actress. She was the older sister of Hong Kong actress and singer, the late Anita Mui and two brothers. Her mother remarried after her father died. Despite not being twins, their singing voice is strikingly similar, with the only way to tell them apart was the hand in which they hold the microphone. She is best remembered for her supporting roles in many movies, especially Jackie Chan's Police Story 2. She died of cervical cancer, which was proven to be genetic as Anita later died for the same reason. Ann left with her spouse Lap-Tak Poon and two sons. Like Anita, she has a dramatic contralto singing voice, which is a rarity in Chinese Pop music.
