Who was Ann Wigmore?
Ann Wigmore was a Lithuanian holistic health practitioner, nutritionist, whole foods advocate, health educator, author, and doctor of Divinity. Wigmore wrote over fifteen books, distributing over one million copies, and lectured in thirty-five countries.
On February 16, 1994, Wigmore died of smoke inhalation from a fire that destroyed the Boston home of the original Hippocrates Health Institute.
Today, her methods are still being taught at the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute.
