Who is Anna Tunnicliffe?
Anna Tunnicliffe is an American sailor and world-class competitor in the women's single-handed. As a member of the 2008 US Olympic team she won a gold medal in the Women's Laser Radial class. In 2008, she also placed second at the women's world championship of the snipe class held in Roquetas de Mar. In 2009, she won the ISAF Sailing World Cup in Laser Radial. In 2010, she won the women's world snipe championship. In 2011, she won the ISAF Sailing World Cup. She was named ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year in 2009 and 2011.
