Who is Anne-Marie Bourcier?

Anne-Marie Bourcier is a former Canadian diplomat.

Between 1976 and 2002 she worked for the Canadian International Development Agency. In 2002 she joined the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade as Director General for Africa.

She was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Finland from 2005 until 2007. She was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Portugal from 2007 until 2011.

Bourcier retired from foreign service in 2011.
