Who is Arcan Iurie?
Arcan Iurie is an Moldovan football manager. He was former manager of Persebaya Surabaya since 2009 for Indonesia's first division. He holds a UEFA A License.
Upon moving to Indonesia, Iurie became the coach of Persija Jakarta, where he would stay until 2006. Thereafter, he took a job as manager of Bandung's soccer club, Persib, Persik Kediri and Persebaya Surabaya as well.
