Who is Archie Knox?

Archibald "Archie" Knox is a Scottish football manager and former player. He was most recently the assistant manager of Aberdeen until leaving the club in March 2013.

Knox moved to Aberdeen from Motherwell, prior to he was working as a coach at Blackburn Rovers until their new manager terminated his contract. Knox was previously manager of the Scotland U-21 national team; he left in late August 2007 to take up a new role at Bolton Wanderers but was sacked after the 2007–08 season finished.
