Who is Are Grongstad?
Are Kristoffer Grongstad is a Norwegian handball player.
He hails from Namsos. As a teenager, he played for Heimdal HK in the highest Norwegian league, but when that club was struck by economic problems in 2007, he joined Elverum Håndball as a left back for the 2008/2009 season. With Elverum Håndball he won the Norwegian playoffs and got silver in the Norwegian cup.
After a troubling period with injuries, he wanted a new chance and left Elverum Håndball in summer 2009 and transferred to Nøtterøy Idrettsforening and is now playing with Johnny Jensen.
