Who was Arn Shein?
Arn Shein was an American sports writer and editor for The Daily Item in New York from 1949 to 1974, where he wrote a regular column titled "Spotlight on Sports". After retirement, due to severe case of psoriatic arthritis, Arn became a freelance writer in 1983 and sold about 350 articles to over 60 major magazines, including Reader's Digest, Modern Maturity, and Guideposts.
