Who was Arnold Susi?
Arnold Susi was a lawyer and the Minister of Education in the Estonian Otto Tief's government established on 18 September 1944 during WWII. He befriended Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn in Soviet prison. He has also written down his memories from days of WW1 in book "Doom of the Russian Empire", which he wrote while in Abakan
