Art Brenner

Who is Art Brenner?

Art Brenner is an American abstract sculptor and painter. He was born in New York City, but has lived and worked in Paris since 1964.

He has had numerous solo and group exhibitions in cities such as Paris, London, Avignon, Barcelona, Brussels, Brest, Amsterdam, Heidelberg, Montreal, and Adelaide, Australia.

His work is in public collections in France, Spain, and the United States. He was also the subject of a short CNN film, "An American Sculptor in Paris". The French government has honored him by inducting him as a "Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres", the French equivalent of induction into the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
