Who is Arthur Earley?

Arthur F. Earley was a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He was the first black member of congress elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He served in WWII as well as the Korean war in the Marine Corps. He died of a heart attack in 1981.
