Who is Arthur Latham?
Arthur Charles Latham is a British Labour Party politician.
Latham was elected MP for Paddington North in a 1969 by-election, which he served until 1974 when the seat was abolished in boundary changes. He was then MP for Paddington, which he lost in 1979 to the Conservative John Wheeler by 106 votes.
Latham was married to Ruby Margaret who died in November 2000, and they had two children a son Howard Arthur and a daughter Diana Margaret. He is now married to Caroline Hurlestone.
