Who was Arthur McDonald?

Air Marshal Sir Arthur William Baynes McDonald, KCB, AFC, FRAeS was a senior Royal Air Force officer. He served as Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Pakistan Air Force between 1955 and 1957.
