Who is Arvind Swamy?

Arvind Swamy is an Indian film actor known for his works predominantly in Tamil cinema. He was introduced as an actor by Mani Ratnam in the drama film Thalapathi and subsequently went on to play the lead role again in Ratnam's Roja and Bombay. Swamy went on to star in other ventures including the Malayalam film Devaraagam and Rajiv Menon's, Minsaara Kanavu, and Mani Ratnam's Alaipayuthey. Swamy spent a decade in businesses ranging from engineering erection and construction, international trade to global outsourcing before returning to acting in Mani Ratnam's production, 2013 film Kadal.
