Who is Atanase Sciotnic?

Atanase Sciotnic is a Romanian sprint canoer who competed from the mid-1960s to the mid-1970s. Competing in three Summer Olympics, he won two medals in the K-4 1000 m event with a silver in 1972 and a bronze in 1964.

Sciotnic also won nine medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with four golds, two silvers, and three bronzes.
