Who is Bill Butters?
William Joseph Butters is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 217 games in the World Hockey Association and 72 games in the National Hockey League. He played for the Minnesota Fighting Saints, Houston Aeros, Edmonton Oilers, New England Whalers, and Minnesota North Stars.
After retiring from hockey, Butters helped with a hockey camp known as Christian Hockey Camps International put on by Hockey Ministries International.
From 2010 to 2013, Butters was an assistant coach for the University of Wisconsin Badgers men's hockey team.
