Chalmer William Cissell born in Perryville, Missouri, was an American baseball player.
Cissell was an infielder for the Chicago White Sox, Cleveland Indians, Boston Red Sox, Philadelphia Athletics and New York Giants.
He finished 15th in voting for the 1928 American League MVP for playing in 125 Games and having 443 At Bats, 66 Runs, 115 Hits, 22 Doubles, 3 Triples, 1 Home Run, 60 RBI, 18 Stolen Bases, 29 Walks, .260 Batting Average, .307 On-base percentage, .330 Slugging Percentage, 146 Total Bases and 11 Sacrifice Hits.
Cissell finished 11th in voting for the 1932 AL MVP for playing in 143 Games and having 584 At Bats, 85 Runs, 184 Hits, 36 Doubles, 7 Triples, 7 Home Runs, 98 RBI, 18 Stolen Bases, 29 Walks, .315 Batting Average, .349 On-base percentage, .437 Slugging Percentage, 255 Total Bases and 6 Sacrifice Hits.
