Who is Bill Goichberg?
William "Bill" Goichberg is a chess master and former president of the United States Chess Federation. He is a USCF Life Master and FIDE Master. He is National Tournament Director and International Arbiter of FIDE. He became president of the New York State Chess Association, which organizes chess tournaments in New York. He was elected USCF President on August 14, 2005.
