William Frederick Clingman was a Major League Baseball infielder from 1890-1903. He played for the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Kelly's Killers, Pittsburgh Pirates, Louisville Colonels, Chicago Orphans, Cleveland Naps, and Washington Senators.
