Who was Bob Saget?
Robert Lane "Bob" Saget was an American stand-up comedian, actor, television host, and philanthropist. Although he is best known for his family-friendly roles as Danny Tanner in Full House and the original host of America's Funniest Home Videos, Saget was also known for his very vulgar stand-up routine. He provided the voice of the future Ted Mosby on How I Met Your Mother. Saget was beloved in a far-reaching circle of the entertainment industry and his surprising death in early 2022 prompted numerous tributes and outpourings of respect.
