Brian Welsh is a Scottish football player and coach. He played for Dundee United and Hibernian. Welsh managed Cowdenbeath for two seasons and was also Head of Youth Development at Livingston. He now lives in America and is Technical Director for Braddock Road Elite Travel Soccer of the Braddock Road Youth Club in Fairfax, Virginia.
