Bruce A. Peacock

Who is Bruce A. Peacock?

Bruce Peacock joined SVLS in May 2006. Bruce has been a CEO or a

member of the senior management team for several successful entrepenurial

healthcare companies operating in therapeutics,diagnostic and service

areas. He was most recently CEO of The Little Clinic, a start-up

medical care services company, and prior to that served as president

and CEO, and as a director of Adolor Corporation, a publicly traded

biopharmaceutical products company focused on the development and

commercialization of new therapies for pain management.

Prior Experience:

Prior to that, Mr Peacock was the president, CEO and a director

of Orthovita, Inc., a publicly traded orthopaedic products company.

He has also held senior management positions at Cephalon, Inc.,

where he was executive vice president, chief operating officer and

a director, at Centocor Inc., where he was senior vice president

and chief financial officer.

Qualifications:

Bruce received his BA from Villanova University in 1973 and his

CPA in 1975.
