Who was Bruno E. Jacob?
Bruno Ernst Jacob was a professor at Ripon College in Wisconsin and founder of the National Forensic League. He served as the League's Executive Secretary from 1925 until his retirement in 1969. Karl Mundt, who is best remembered as a Senator from South Dakota, was the League's President from 1932 until 1971.
