蔡和，为《三国演义》中的虚构人物，在《演义》中与哥哥蔡中皆是蔡瑁的族弟，随蔡瑁、张允等降曹操。
蔡瑁被曹操误杀后，与兄长蔡中都被曹操派去东吴处担任卧底，但被东吴大都督周瑜识破，并将计就计使曹操误信黄盖、甘宁，欲降曹军，最后被周瑜利用完毕之后和兄长蔡中皆被周瑜处死。
