Who is Carl Franks?
Carl Franks is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the running backs coach at the University of South Florida, a position he has held since the 2004 season. From 1999 to 2003, Franks served as the head coach at Duke University, compiling a record of 7–45. He played football at Duke where he was an Academic All-ACC selection.
