Who is Carlos Reinoso?
Carlos Enzo Reinoso Valdenegro is a former Chilean footballer and current manager of Veracruz. He began his career in the 1960s playing for Audax Italiano in his native Chile. In 1970 Reinoso was scouted by Mexican club América. He is considered one of the greatest foreign players in Mexican football history, and is considered an América legend.
