Carole Eastman was an American screenwriter. Among her credits were screenplays for Monte Hellman's The Shooting, Bob Rafelson's Five Easy Pieces, and Mike Nichols’s The Fortune. She occasionally used the pseudonyms "Adrien Joyce" and "A.L. Appling".
