Who was Cecil Dillon?
Cecil Graham "Ceece" Dillon was a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who played 10 seasons in the National Hockey League for the New York Rangers and Detroit Red Wings. He won a Stanley Cup in 1933 with the New York Rangers.
Dillon was the first ever NHL player from Ohio.
