Who was Constantin Dăscălescu?
Constantin Dăscălescu was a Romanian politician who served as Prime Minister of Romania during the communist rule of Nicolae Ceaușescu until the 1989 Romanian Revolution.
In 1991, after the revolution, he was sentenced to life in prison. After five years he was released on medical grounds.
