In 1983 he progressed to director of quality assurance until he transferred to the corporate office in Houston. In 1994 he was promoted as senior director of merchandising and progressed as assistant vice president of quality assurance in 1996.Mr. Watson earned a bachelor of science degree in animal science in Iowa State University and a master's degree in meat science in 1976.
