Who is Damian Bugg?
Damian Bugg, AM, QC, is a former Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, a position he held from 2 August 1999 to 12 October 2007. Prior to his elevation, he was the Tasmanian Director of Public Prosecutions from July 1986 to 1999. In 2005, he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for services to the law. He is currently the Chancellor of the University of Tasmania.
