Who is Dan Diaz?

Dan Diaz is an American TV/Film/Video Game composer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and recording engineer from Southern California. He has composed music for the Electronic Arts video games Skate 3 and Skate 2 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and Skate It for the Wii. He has written music for shows such as MTV's Nitro Circus and Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, Fox's Raising Hope, VH1's My Antonio, E! Network's Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Giuliana and Bill, as well as various others. Diaz also wrote and produced "Punk and Indie Rock: Slammin' Sounds of So Cal", a music library distributed by Big Fish Audio, one track of which was featured in a national Toyota commercial in late 2008.

On January 12, 2010, Diaz released a collection of music entitled Anti-Hero Volume 1, the first album from his new music company, Anti-Hero. Anti-Hero composes cues designed specifically for motion picture, video game, and television trailers. He has since released three more albums, as well as "Sound Design Elements 1", a collection of sound design tools for trailer editors.
