Who is Darren Peacock?
Darren Peacock is an English football manager and former professional footballer who played as a central defender. He is currently the manager of Northern Premier League Division One North league club Lancaster City having been appointed in April 2013, Peacock's first managerial position.
He made nearly 400 league appearances, beginning his career in the lower reaches of the Football League, before spending eight seasons in the Premier League for Queens Park Rangers, Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers. Injury forced his retirement at the age of 32.
