Who was Darryl Stingley?
Darryl Floyd Stingley was an American professional football wide receiver whose career was ended by an on-field spinal-cord injury. He played his entire career with the New England Patriots of the National Football League. He died from heart disease and pneumonia complicated by quadriplegia.
