Who is Datta Meghe?
Datta Raghobaji Meghe is an Indian politician and a leader of the Indian National Congress party. He was elected to 15th Lok Sabh from Wardha constituency in Maharashtra state. He was also member of the 10th, 11th and 12th Lok Sabha from Nagpur, Ramtek and Wardha constituency respectively.
He was a Member of the Parliament of India representing Maharashtra in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament from April 2002 – 2008.
Earlier he was Member of Legislative Council of Maharashtra from April 1978 to June 1991 for three times and also during 2000-April 2002
