Who is Dave Welker?

Dave has twenty two years of professional experience, with ten as an entrepreneur and twelve in public accounting positions. His public accounting experience includes early stage, middle market and Fortune 500 companies in information technology, life science, and manufacturing disciplines. He has extensive knowledge of management, operations, finance, accounting, investor relations, human resources, contracts, sales, marketing, inventory control, and administration. Before joining rPath, Inc., Dave held management positions as Vice President of Finance Operations at several RTP headquartered software companies. Dave has also held management positions at KPMG, Deloitte Touche, and Price Waterhouse. Dave is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Ohio and holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Accounting from The University of Akron.
