David Charles Carnegie, Earl of Southesk, styled Earl of Macduff until 16 February 1992, is the only son of the 3rd Duke of Fife, and his former wife, now The Hon. Lady Worsley, and heir apparent to the Dukedom of Fife. As a great-great-grandson of Edward VII, he is in the Line of Succession to the British throne.
