David J. Reimer

Who is David J. Reimer?

David J. Reimer is the interim leader of the Christian Heritage Party of Canada, effective February 1, 2014, succeeding Jim Hnatiuk.

Reimer first ran in the 1988 federal election, and has run in subsequent elections. He served the party as Prayer, Ethics and Personnel Director, and has previously served as interim leader and as deputy leader. Most recently, he served as interim provincial president for Manitoba. He was appointed to serve as interim leader, pending the next party leadership convention, in January 2014, to succeed Jim Hnatiuk who had submitted his resignation.
