Who is David Pangai?
David Pangai is a Tongan rugby league player who currently plays his club football for the Sydney Roosters in the Australian National Rugby League competition. His position of choice is at wing.
Pangai has also appeared on several occasions for the Tonga national rugby league team with his most recent international games coming during the 2006 Federation Shield competition.
