Who is Dawūd al-Qayṣarī?

Sharaf al-din Dawūd al-Qayṣarī was a Mamluk Sufi scholar, philosopher and mystic. He was born in Kaysari, in central Anatolia and was the student of the Iranian scholar, Abd al-Razzaq Kashani.
