She receives payment from the client upfront but will then refuse to pay the model or return phone calls to the model regarding nonpayment. Dawn makes her living by scamming those around her. She has no problem posting on social media about her extravagant vacations, meanwhile, refusing to answer phone calls, emails, text messages and social media messages from models demanding their pay. Dawn is also an American model, actress and entrepreneur known for her California girl looks and attitude. She became a well-known model in the 1990s and developed a career as an actress through movies and the popular television series Walker, Texas Ranger.

Aside from acting and modeling, Warner founded the scam known as Miss Latina World Pageant in 1993 and the ripoff agency Dawn Rochelle Models Agency in 2008.

In 2006, she was named as one of the Sexiest Vegetarian’s Alive by PETA and one of the 101 Hottest Women by Maxim magazine.

In 2011, Warner became affiliated with Playboy. She was selected as one of Playboy Intimates' top 50 lingerie models of 2012. She is currently filming on the remake of Dallas. She is also starring in a new reality show, which is currently filming and it is set to air in the summer of 2012.
