Who is Dean Harris?

Dean Harris is a British actor, noted for his roles on television.

His credits include: Z-Cars, Dixon of Dock Green, Softly, Softly, The Sweeney, Shoestring, Blake's 7, The Fourth Arm, Howards' Way, Bergerac, EastEnders, Casualty, London's Burning, As Time Goes By, Bad Boyes, Drop the Dead Donkey, Love Hurts, Heartbeat and The Bill.

On 16 April 2007, Dean appeared in ITV's Diamond Geezer, alongside David Jason. It was Harris' first TV appearance since 2000.

Dean Harris went in to acting at the age of 18 making his debut in theatre with Godspell. He is subsequently known for his many British television roles, a handful which are listed above. In his personal life, Harris became a father of twins in 1978 called Jonathan and Georgina with former partner, actress Katy Manning whom he separated from in 1981. He also has a son called Beau, from a subsequent relationship, who was born in 2000.
