Who is Deepraj Puar?

Puar, a co-founder of the Company, currently serves as the Company's

Vice President of Operations. Since the Company's inception in 1993,

Mr. Puar has served in a variety of roles, including Vice President of

Technology. Mr. Puar has over 35 years of engineering and management

experience in the semiconductor industry, primarily in the area of

memory design and logic integration technology. Mr. Puar authored all

of the Company's key patents covering embedded DRAM technology. Prior

to co-founding the Company in 1993, Mr. Puar was employed by Cirrus

Logic, Signetics/Philips and Texas Instruments. Mr. Puar holds a B.TECH

degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a MSEE

degree from Michigan State University.
