Who is Diane Dayhoff?

Diane Dayhoff joined The Home Depot in May 2003 as vice president, Investor Relations. She is responsible for The Home Depot's relationships with institutional and retail investors as well as the financial analysts who follow the company. Prior to joining The Home Depot, she held various positions at Continental Airlines, the most recent being staff vice president, Finance. In this position, Diane was in charge of investor relations, credit agency rating relationships, and debt holder relations. Prior to this position, Diane held positions across a variety of functional areas, including operations, marketing, treasury and financial planning. Prior to Continental, Diane was chief financial officer of Birraporitti's Restaurant, Inc., a privately held multi-state restaurant chain. Diane graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's of business administration from Northwestern University.
