Who was Dib Williams?
Edwin Dibrell Williams was an American second baseman and shortstop in Major League Baseball who played from 1930 to 1935 with the Philadelphia Athletics and Boston Red Sox. Born in Greenbrier, Arkansas, he played in the 1931 World Series with the Athletics. He died at age 82 in Searcy, Arkansas.
